Your reservation is made and all terms and conditions apply when a written confirmation is issued. This will normally be via a brief email confirmation. Prior to your arrival date you will receive a full email confirming your Apartment number and all access details.
All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. They are based on costs prevailing at the time of quotation and may be subject to change. Any discounts and special offers are only applicable at the time of booking and cannot be applied once the booking has been confirmed.
Method of Payment
Currently, we only accept payment by bankers draft/bank transfer are our preferred method of payment. If you intend to pay by bank transfer this should reach our account net of all bank charges. Please ask your bank to show your name and booking reference on the transfer. A copy of the transfer should also be emailed to us to inform us that payment has been made. We will confirm payment once received.
If you have to, or wish to, cancel your booking, you must inform NightNightz at least 14 days before your arrival date. Non arrivals will be charged the full value of the reservation
If a cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by us, no charge will be made. Where a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival reduced charges are made at the managers discretion and subject to the apartment being re-let.
If your booking is for up to 7 days and you cancel within 14 days of your stay full payment will be required. We advise that you obtain appropriate and adequate travel and personal insurance cover as depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim our cancellation charges from your insurance company.
If you alter your booking
If you wish to alter your booking once a written confirmation has been issued-eg change of dates and decreasing the length of stay, we will make every effort to meet your request and an administration fee of £25 will be payable to us once any change has been made. No administration charge will apply if you extend your booking beyond the period booked.
Extension of bookings
Your booking can be extended at any time subject to availability. Please contact us via email for further information.
Accommodation and occupancy
Although accommodation is confirmed in advance, the exact apartment cannot be guaranteed prior to arrival. The number of people allowed to occupy each apartment is limited to the number of beds. Names of all guests staying in the apartment will be required at the time of booking and any additional guests will be charged.
Arrivals and departures
Apartments are reserved from 15:00 pm on the day of arrival to 11am on the day of departure. All additional hours will be charged as one day unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
You will be allocated with a key code via email at the time 24 hours before your booking. This key code will allow you access to a key lock box in the reception area which will have a key card for each guest. (Please note there will be a further key attached to the back of the safe, this must be left there for the duration of your stay as it is a back up/ emergency key if you were to lose yours while away from the apartments).
A welcome pack will be left in your apartment.
Return of Keys
All NightNightz keys in your possession must be returned to the relevant numbered post box on departure charged at £5 for replacement .
Standard check out time is 11am. We can allow you a late departure subject to availability. All pre arranged late check outs are subject to a minimum £10 charge. Please do allow us 24 hours notice so that we can make suitable arrangements. Any late check outs that have not been pre arranged are subject to a minimum £25 charge which may be extended to a full nights accommodation rate.
Security deposit/end of tenancy charges
Valid credit card details will be required at the time of booking to cover any additional charges, including but not limited to damages and breakages.
A full inventory of each apartment is carried out following each guests departure and NightNightz reserves the right to deduct from that card, or invoice a company account, all amounts chargeable for any damage, breakages, excessive cleaning reqirements or missing items. We will notify you of the charges prior to applying any charges.
Out of office calls
Out of office hours fall between 18:00pm in the evening until 09:00 am the following day.
Loss or damage
NightNightz cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the property. Nor can we be held liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. You are also advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay.
Broadband is supplied to all of our apartments. NightNightz will try to ensure that this service is available at all times. If there is a fault which is deemed by NightNightz to be connected with the user’s hardware or software, no support will be available.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including internet, electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property or surrounding area.
Pets are not allowed in this building , but please email for details of our accommodation that is pet friendly .
NightNightz operates a strict NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not allowed in any of our apartments or in any area of the apartment blocks. If, in our reasonable opinion, smoking has occurred in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to apply a £50 penalty fee.
There is a secure, NCP car park across the road from our apartments. This is approximately 2 minutes walk from NightNightz.
Cleaning and Linen
All reservations of 7 days or more will receive a weekly clean including change of all linen and Towels. Linen and towels will be replaced on the days specified by us. Weekly refresh cleans will commence from 9 am on the specific day. If you require additional cleaning on top of the scheduled cleaning, these will be charged at £25 per clean.

The details in Night Nightz packages can change from time to time without prior notice. We will do our best to ensure that any changes will be communicated direct in writing. We cannot be held responsible for the service given by third party providers.
Guests are required to keep the apartment , furniture, fittings and effects in the same condition as on arrival.
We expect the apartments to be left in reasonable state of cleanliness and order on departure.
In the event of a false alarm being raised either due to raising the alarm without cause or misuse off the apartment facilities , anyone doing this will be evicted immediately and their bond forfeited.
Smoking and Drugs policy
All departments and public areas are strictly NON SMOKING and guests will be fined £150 if they are caught smoking at any time. Anyone found to have tampered with any smoke alarms or extinguishers will be asked to leave immediately and their bond will be forfeited. Guests are not permitted to use the apartment for any illegal or immoral purposes. The use of any drugs is strictly prohibited on site and if guests are found using any disruption to fellow guests or using threatening or abusive behaviour towards any member of staff.
Threatening behaviour in person or in writing towards staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. If a member of staff fells in anyway threatened they have the right to call security in the first instance and guests may be asked to leave. An additional charge will be made if the Management team is called out in response to a nuisance complaint.
We understand some guests may be celebrating special occasions durning their stay with us and would like everyone to have a memorable experience at Night Nightz . However , we politely ask all guests to be considerate of other residents in the building and to be mindful of noise during their stay.
